Humans are the majority race in The World. They mainly live across The Continent and the Yu Islands. A thousand years ago, The First Human evolved from a jellyfish to attain a human form.

Unlike their elven counterparts, humans do not have access to the same magic from The Gardens that the elves do. Because of The Goddess’s influence, elves adapted to have a different physical build up allowing them to use magic from The Goddess. 

The magic from The Goddess and the magic in the rest of The World are different entities and not compatible.

Humans were not created with this capability to wield this world’s magic and most have not yet adapted to be able to.

​

As a result, humans do not have an innate ability to use magic.

​

Human life spans tend to last up to 100 years.

The First Human however was noted to live until 150.

Like the elves, humans couples can also have children together regardless of sex. Miraculously, because of its proximity to The Gardens, the magical plant that allows for couples to plant a child tends to occasionally wash ashore on the Yu Islands. It is now a popular resource that is highly sought after for its rarity and easy usage.

Humans mainly worship and revere The Jellyfish Spirit as they are all devoted to The Temple of the Dawn.
